OKR builder and scorer
Write an objective with measurable key results, get instant checks on each one, and score progress at check-ins. Nothing you enter is saved.
Average score so far
0.67
In the 0.6–0.7 sweet spot Google’s guide describes for stretch goals.
Score each key result from 0 (no progress) to 1 (fully met) at check-ins.
Checks
Shape looks right: one objective with 3 key results.
Objective (aspirational): Make new hires productive and confident in their first month KR1: Equipment and system accounts are ready on day one for 90% of new hires, up from about 60% last quarter KR2: The average first-month onboarding survey score rises from 3.4 to 4.2 out of 5 KR3: Every new hire has a 30-day check-in with their manager, recorded in the HR system
How it works
- Checks each key result for a number, a starting point and outcome (not activity) wording, and the overall shape: one objective with three to five key results.
- Scoring: each key result from 0 to 1, averaged. For aspirational OKRs, Google’s guide describes roughly 0.6–0.7 as the sweet spot; committed OKRs are effectively pass/fail.
How to read it
The checks are prompts, not rules — a key result can pass every check and still measure the wrong thing. Ask whether two reasonable people could disagree about whether it was met; if so, rewrite it. Keep OKRs separate from pay so people set honest stretch goals.
